Lynchburg Internal Medicine was established in 1980 and acquired by Centra in August 2008. Our doctors provide quality primary care and internal medicine services for patients 18 years of age and older. The practice consists of physicians and physician assistants. In June of 2015, we relocated to 125 Nationwide Drive, inside the new Centra Lynchburg Medical Center, and changed our name to Centra Medical Group - Nationwide.

The new Centra Lynchburg Medical Center located at 125 Nationwide Drive in Lynchburg opened to patients on June 29. The new facility houses primary care, diabetic endocrinology services and Centra physical therapy services.
Lynchburg Internal Medicine moved from its current office on Thomson Drive and became known as Centra Medical Group - Nationwide.
Centra Rehabilitation specializes in the treatment of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions, sports injury, post-surgical recovery, pain, peripheral neuropathy and vestibular/balance disorders. Same or next day appointments available.
